Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët (/fe̜t/ /me̜/ [custom] [effort]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Zduvwachyhyëmgwë Diocese of the Covenent of Irus.

The name Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët was founded by Chisselu Dhozarthin, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 18°C (64°F). Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët receives an average of 75 cm/y (29 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 4212 m (13818 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët was founded durring the early 16th century in winter of the year 1536, by Chisselu Dhozarthin. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Chisselu Dhozarthin.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët is is constructed arround a semi-circular narrow gravel mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Unfortuantly, these peasent-grade are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

Civic Infrastructure

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët's natural decorations nor waterways.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.

Cultural Notes

Life is hard in Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët a notably resourceful and hearty people.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .

The Spider, Scarlet (Tiny) near Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët are known to be quite timid.

Fe̜t Me̜ Vrët's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves gestures to channel Illusion energies of tier 3 via recitation of scripture.
